HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? +

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING FEES FOR MY ORDER? +
No, at Knits and More, we are happy to offer free shipping for all our customers. Enjoy shopping for your fav outfits without worrying about any additional shipping costs.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT? +
We will dispatch your order within 3 business days of placing the order. Our standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after the order is dispatched. However, depending on your location and the availability of the product, delivery times may vary.
I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG/ DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO? +

What shipping providers do you use?+
We use all well-known domestic shipping providers like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart logistics etc. to provide reliable and efficient shipping for our customers.
Do you deliver products outside India?+
No, currently we only deliver products within India. However, we are considering expanding our delivery options in the future, so stay tuned for updates.
It’s been more than 3 days, and I have not received a shipping update. What should I do?+
  • Please check your email's spam folder, as the notification might have been marked as spam. To avoid this issue in the future, add Knits & More to your "safe" contacts list.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?+
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we will not be able to change the shipping address. This helps us maintain efficient order processing and shipping times. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Returns

How can I return a product?+

Initiating a return or exchange with Knits and More is super simple. To initiate a return, use this link and follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your order number and email/ phone number.
  2. Click ‘Find Your Order’.
  3. You’ll see all the eligible products for return/exchange.
  4. Select the item(s) you want to return/ exchange and select the reason for return.
  5. Fill in all the required information and select your preferred mode of refund.
  6. Please allow 24-48 hours for your return/exchange request to be reviewed.
  7. You'll receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your request.
  8. If approved, our courier partner will pick up the item(s) within 1-3 business days.
What are the return terms?+

To ensure smooth return process, please adhere to the following return terms:

  1. Ordered items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all the tags intact.
  3. Any shipping fee, if charged at the time of purchase, is non-refundable.
  4. Knits and more is not responsible, or accountable for other products that are returned by mistake.
How can I get the updates on the return?+
  • To keep you informed about your return, we will provide updates through email and WhatsApp notifications.
  • Additionally, you can track the status of your return request at any time by visiting our Return Status page. Simply enter your order number and email/phone number to stay updated on the progress of your return

Exchanges

What exchange options do you offer?+

We offer two exchange options: Instant exchange and standard exchange:

  1. Instant exchange: Your exchange order will be placed soon after the returns form is submitted.
  2. Standard exchange: Your exchange order will be processed once your return is received by our office which would take a minimum of 3 days.
What is an instant exchange?+
  • Your exchange order will be placed soon after the form is submitted.
  • A ₹1.00 hold will be placed on your credit card.
  • If the item/s from an Instant Exchange are not received within 7 days, the full amount of the exchange order will be charged to the card.
What is a Standard exchange?+
Your exchange order will be processed once your return is received by our K&M office which would take a minimum of 3 days.
How much time do I get to exchange an item?+

We offer the option to exchange an item for a different size or a different product.
What happens if my exchange request is out of stock?+
Exchange requests that are out of stock will be issued as a refund.

Refunds

What types of refunds do you offer?+

We offer two refund options: Instant refund and standard refund:

  1. Instant refund: we’ll initiate a refund soon after you handover the product to our delivery partner. Note that Instant refunds are available only to Superstars. Learn more about our VIP Program here.
  2. Standard refund: Your refund will be processed once your return is received by our office which would take a minimum of 3 days.
What is an instant refund?+
  • Upon successful pickup of the return product at your doorstep, Knits & More will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.
  • Instant Refunds may be available for select pin codes and select orders.
  • Instant refunds are currently available only to Superstars. Read more about our VIP program here.
What is a standard refund?+
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order once the product(s) are received by K&M.
  • Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, it may take up to14 business days for funds to appear back into the original bank account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can choose your preferred refund mode, either UPI or Bank Account at the time of initiating a return, and we'll process the refund using the same mode.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for all orders?+
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for all orders. Simply choose COD at checkout and pay for your order upon delivery.
Are there any additional charges for COD orders?+
No, we do not charge any additional fees for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
How will I receive a refund for my COD order?+
  • When initiating a return for your Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you can select your preferred refund mode from either UPI or Bank Account.
  • If you choose 'Bank Account', please enter your name, bank's IFSC code, account number and account type.
  • If you choose 'UPI', please enter your UPI ID.
